Training Schedule:
Tuesdays – 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. (Kids)
Tuesdays – 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Adults)
Thursdays – 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (All Ranks)
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. (Kids)
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Adults)

Tuition
Tuition is $85 per month for the first family member and $60 per month for each family member after the first member for unlimited attendance in classes for the students age level. Tuition is always due on the first of each month. You can pay tuition here or bring a check or cash to class.
There are discounts available for tuition paid in advance as follows:
3 months paid in advance: 10%
6 months paid in advance: 20%

The practice challenges you to be mentally present in the now while ignoring things like sweat, muscle pain, etc as you push your body through pre-arranged movement sequences we call kata.
